our family had a superb stay on vacation at this roomy apartment right by banks and the best restaurants in town and traffic-choked sao paulo. we greatly enjoyed location, it was marvellous, in a very convenient neighborhood. staff was attentive and helpful despite our late arrival.

The confort, the location, the great food and the very helpful and nice staff. But the hotel should have a "frequent user information" file.

Great location, great rooms and most friendly staff. I was most positively impressed with performance of the front-desk personnel and concierge, it was almost personal service and it is very much appreciated.

The hotel is very nice, the room is big, bathroom too. The location is very good close to the best restaurants in town, supermarkt, banks and some malls.

The Mattress is horrible ! And I would ot consider as a 5 star hotel, but a 4 , cause they need to improve some small things.

Good size rooms with excellent bathrooms. Clean. Efficient and friendly staff and good location for first rate restaurants. Easy access to town centre, although traffic is heavy most of the day.

The location is great if you have business in the Faria Lima region. It's not too large so it feels more "personal" than larger hotels.

The building is a bit old and, because of the location, it can be a bit loud. Ask for a room in the back.

Breakfast is not great, lobby and common areas are ok but not 5 stars.
